Poly Electronics is currently seeking a strong accounting specialist. The position would be responsible for handling all the day to day accounting, payroll, and human resources functions. Position Responsibilities:

• Match packing slips to vendor invoices
• Manage payroll and timecard programs
• Prepare Packing lists
• UPS shipment backup
• Input vendor invoices and debit memos into the system
• Make sure all A/P invoices are paid in a timely manner, print checks and mail to vendors
• Work with vendors regarding payment status
• Apply payments received from customers, including CIA, COD or wire transfers to A/R invoices
• Send out customer statements, as requested
• Contact customers regarding payment status, to ensure prompt payments
• Update bank balance sheet with deposit information, A/P payments and Payroll payments
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for review
• Help answer phones as needed
• Support the inventory observation
• Handles overseas payments
• Distributes federal forms as required
• Dealing with all Human Resources issues, recruiting, hiring, E-Verify, filing paperwork for employees, including health insurance and 401K and all issues pertaining to these things
• Actively supports and partakes in the QMS
• Continual improvement relative to KPIs and department metrics
• Maintains a positive work atmosphere with all team members
• Communicates with team members in a respectful manner and conveys ideas or opinions in a way that promotes the established Poly Electronics team philosophy 
• Continuously challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to improve our business
• Understands the importance of their role in obtaining Poly Electronics quality objectives.
