The Production Back Inspection Associate is responsible for performing quality inspections on printed circuit boards (PCBs), including parts and solder joints. This role works with a variety of equipment, processes, and products to ensure all quality standards and procedures are followed and properly documented. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily back inspection assignments in a timely manner
• Inspect products and processes as directed to ensure quality standards are met
• Understand and follow product and process requirements
• Identify, document, and help control nonconforming products in accordance with established procedures
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and records
• Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Meet both internal quality standards and customer requirements
• Follow all safety policies and protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Cross training into other departments may be required

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and manuals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Soldering experience a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk up to 50% of the workday
• Ability to sit up to 50% of the workday
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted multiple times per day
• Ability to grasp, handle, and manipulate small parts
